super is great apartments are big price is great this is an NYU owned building so it is only rented to people working as postdoctoral fellows for NYU
this building is old and has had a lot of issues over the years: heating, water, elevator, mice. Management is not super responsive, but most issues have been somehow resolved and they got better at communicating with tenants.
