Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews of 330 East 35 Street reveal a mixed living experience. Positives include a prime Manhattan location near numerous amenities, beautiful architecture, relatively quiet surroundings, and decent pest control. Some tenants appreciate responsive supers and a generally clean environment. However, frequent issues arise with heating and hot water reliability, garbage mismanagement, and security problems such as package theft. Many renters report unresponsiveness from management and delays in security deposit returns. Small apartment sizes, few laundry facilities, and occasional pest concerns also affect the living quality. Overall, renters suggest improvements in maintenance, communication, and trash management to enhance tenant satisfaction.

AVOID THIS APARTMENT AT ALL COSTS
Former Tenant
Pros:
Supers were responsive.
Cons:
We have still not received our security deposit even though we vacated the unit over 2 months ago. Basement laundry also had a roach problem, likely from proximity to the courtyard where trash is thrown. Tenants never put garbage in the bins, so that area gets gross
Advice to owner:
Return security deposits

STAY OUT of here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, location and not living in this place
Cons:
Everything about this building was wrong. The boiler from the hot water stopped working at least once every three months. The super Tony is a thief. Packages get stolen all the time. No one answer the emails. Space is small and dark. Just terrible
Advice to owner:
All three supers they had while I was living there were unresponsive
-- of renters received their security deposits back
