Location and price are generally the only pros about this building. Also, our apartment was a decent size, so I'll give it that too.
Cons:
We had constant infestations of bed bugs. Our super was generally unresponsive/unhelpful when we asked for help, especially when it pertained to our neighbor who was HORRIBLE (think: lighting a fire in his fireplace that didn't actually have an opening and therefore almost burning down our building, and also throwing huge parties during covid). If you can afford to live somewhere else, do it.
