The Meurice - a great renter's building
Former Tenant
Pros:
+ New laundry room backed by MyMagicPass, making it easy to know when units are available and payment without a physical card
+ Doormen are great. Mark and Robert are stalwarts of the rotation and are great
+ Responsive management company (WAM Partners)
Cons:
- Strangely would have water shut off during the day 1-2 times a year for plumbing maintenance
- Our unit had more than a few roaches. Perhaps due to trash room being close by
