Pros

Large size apartments, but this building should not be classified as a luxury rental.

Cons

High rent increases, homeless people always sleeping around the building, garbage always on the streets it’s never clean, and for the price it should be better maintained, management doesn’t care about your good tenancy they only care about money. Scaffolding has been up for several years with no date in site as to when it will be removed while no work is being done on the property. And also several vacant apartments that they do not fix up because they are likely rent stabilized so the keep them off the market. Management is the worse would not recommend at all.
