• affordable • close to station

• loud at night if facing street • my particular unit had old style sink • tiny unit (studio was converted to a TWO bed.)

Updating my review - 351 is an excellent building

Pros

Love the natural light + building overall. Amazing location, clean apartments, secure front door. After several years of living here the lack of pests and the general ease of living here has been fantastic.

Cons

Huge pile of trash outside 349 (I would not move to 349 - they're connected but I find 351 to be far nicer/cleaner), Super can be delayed but he does get the job done. Consistent rent hikes and destabilized apartments but the price is fair/market rate now.

Advice to the owners

Better trash management outside 349 (but it seems like a few tenants are really causing the issues and the building/Super is doing their best to manage it))
