good value, old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
very gay neighborhood and always lively. rooftop access. huge living room, nice kitchen, great for parties or hosting out of town-ers.
Cons:
frequent construction and thin asf windows so street facing bedrooms are extremely loud. hot water and heat issues pretty consistently. mice in the building.
Advice to owner:
please soundproof your windows it’s a one time investment

Great building with issues sometimes
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space, friends with neighbors (only 3 units). Great roof. Well maintained stairwell. Modern furnishings.
Cons:
Heat or hot water has broke for multiple days, but we were able to get rent discounts. Some mice problems. Noisy street level for the street-facing bedrooms.
