WORST MANAGEMENT IN NYC. DO. NOT. RENT.

Pros

This building has recent renovations and has large kitchen and living spaces in all units. Convenient location

Cons

Property Management is super sketchy. Have lived here for four years and have heat and hot water problems- of which Management often ignored us and left us in a freezing cold apartment in subzero temperatures. There is no emergency line available, their contractors do not speak English, and all maintenance requests are fulfilled as band-aid fixes from unqualified contractors. Dealing with this building has been a nightmare and I suggest nobody ever rents from this Management company. The price and amenities may seem like a deal, but trust me you are getting what you pay for. Also a very loud street near bars with pedestrians and pedicabs yelling and playing music into the early hours of the morning. Steer clear

good value, old building

Pros

very gay neighborhood and always lively. rooftop access. huge living room, nice kitchen, great for parties or hosting out of town-ers.

Cons

frequent construction and thin asf windows so street facing bedrooms are extremely loud. hot water and heat issues pretty consistently. mice in the building.

Advice to the owners

please soundproof your windows it’s a one time investment
