Decent building but needs updating

Pros

Super keeps common areas clean and no sign of pests or rodents.

Cons

Building manager is extremely slow to respond and mostly unhelpful- never answers the office phone and is difficult to get a response to email. Packages have been stolen and elevator is frequently out, currently out for at least a month. Although the super keeps the building clean, finishes are very old - stained floors, dingy carpet, and peeling wallpaper in the hallways.
