A Lovely Building in Hells Kitchen

Pros

I lived here for two years and didn't experience any issues- no rodents, bugs, and the super was quick to help whenever we asked.

Cons

Trash is inside downstairs, which is both convenient but also makes the entry quite smelly at times. The door buzzers are very loud and because of 9th Avenue location, often get rings all times throughout the evening with no way to know who is buzzing.
