Excellent location. Never had a package stolen. Most neighbors are friendly enough. Really nice super.
Our specific unit had a ton of problems from inconsistent hot water (eventually fixed), multiple ceiling leaks from neighbors above, occasional roaches, and other broken things. Management was frustrating to work with and downplayed things.
Close to everything, including bars, restaurants, and metro stops. Clean and comfortable stay with reliable heat, water, and internet.
Feels cramped in the stairway. No laundry in-unit or in-building, but you can go across the street. Loud on night weekends because of proximity to bars.
