Amazing location, wide staircase
Pros
- Great location (close to blue, yellow and red subway lines, and 3 bus lines) - Wide staircase - Great views of a patio if you face the back - All the appliances are brand new, fully renovate apartment - Brick walls look great
Cons
- Gets very hot during summer, very cold during winter - Paper thin walls. I can hear my neighbor coughing - ButterflyMX doorbell - Common areas (stairs, entrance) never get cleaned - The basement is shared with a bike store which they use as storage - Laundry room will never be built - Cameras are not recording anything - Back area is full of random construction material. If this were cleaned, this could be accessed from the basement for a nice common area facing the patio
