    Pros:
    The units are well taken care of, great location on a quiet street, and the super is very responsive.
    Cons:
    Old piping makes the water run brown sometimes; the ceilings are not well insulated from noise, so you will hear upstairs tenants if they are heavy walkers,
    Advice to owner:
    It is time to replace the windows and bathroom fixtures - they are ancient.
