Not bad, not great

Pros

Everything was responsive but if you were street facing you could obviously hear some noise. Good otherwise.

Cons

No major complaints. Water pressure could be better.

Great place to live

Pros

I rented in the coop directly from an owner. They were incredibly responsive and the doorman were great.

Cons

It was older and the studios are small. But I really don’t have complaints.
