Nice neighbors and gym downstairs. Noise issue between the units are minimal
The management is very cheap to repair anything. The courtyard hasn’t been fixed for the last 5 years and they just started working on the facade after putting up the scaffolding for the last 4 years.
You will lose a lot of tenants because of the construction on the facade
