Disinterested management - nice neighbors
Pros
Great street, nice neighbors Fantastic location (subways, park, Lincoln Center) Quiet building
Cons
If the heat goes out on Friday, they're not going to try to fix it until Monday. Just not a high level of urgency for needed repairs. Mice were a constant problem. If you take a look at the exterior of the building, you'll notice they could only be bothered painting the bottom half. That pretty much sums up this landlord and management company. Unless you get a great deal, you can probably find a better apartment in the area for the same money.
Advice to the owners
Get rid of the mice!
