Great walk-up building

Pros:
Quiet, respectful neighbors, high ceilings, lofts for storage, many original features, hallways cleaned weekly, garbage management is good.
Cons:
Management is responsive but only on their terms- there is no email to reach them, no availability to pay rent outside of dropping off the check. They are kind and a family business but it’s frustrating not to be able to send an email. Phone calls only. Heat is hard to control but too much heat is better than no heat.
Advice to owner:
Please add email as a method of contact.
