Great location, great management
Pros
Neighbours are friendly. My apartment was spacious. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and gyms right at the doorstep. Very close to Trader Joe's. A block away from Central Park which is great if you like to go for runs like I do. Building management was organized and attentive. They have an app for you to put in service orders.
Cons
The garbage sometimes piled up in the garbage room, which coupled with the summer heat, lead to the lobby and staircase smelling bad.
Advice to the owners
Improve the management of the garbage room.

Great apartment, despite new management being hardass

Beautiful apartment, good area, good neighbors
Cons
Hubb just bought the building and started to really crack down on nonsense.
