Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for 14 West 74 Street showcase a mixed experience. Many residents praise the prime location near Central Park and highlight the friendly staff, particularly the doormen and super who are responsive to issues. However, significant concerns arise regarding pest problems, unclean units upon move-in, and inadequate management responsiveness. The laundry facilities often view as malfunctioning, and noise levels can be bothersome. Renters express frustration over maintenance delays and unsatisfactory living conditions. Overall, while the building's location is a major draw, potential renters should weigh the management and maintenance challenges reported by current residents.

Terrible management and super

Pros

in a good location
