Charming building

Pros:
Good prewar, charming apartments. Right next to Farmer's markets.
Cons:
The elevator would break almost every month and would be out of commission for a day or two.
Advice to owner:
I loved the Equinox there

It’s a nice location
Cons:
The elevator breaks every other day and remains out of service for weeks. Neither management nor the super will give any updates on when things will be fixed, and whomever they are hiring to fix the elevator clearly know nothing about what they are doing.
Advice to owner:
Get a new management company because they are incompetent.

Elevator is old and noisy
