It’s a great location, awesome quiet neighborhood.
None! Used to have elevator problems but those were resolved a few years ago.
Good prewar, charming apartments. Right next to Farmer's markets.
The elevator would break almost every month and would be out of commission for a day or two.
I loved the Equinox there
