Paying mostly for the location
Pros
Location, the public place is clean, the rooms are renovated
Cons
The price is way too expensive for a room shared with another person, the cleaning responsibilities are on the student and some do not do their required work, the noise at night from the practice rooms, the rooms are very small.
Advice to the owners
Revise the price of the living in the dorms, the food in the cafeteriis fairly good, maintenance can come more often to problems in the building and rooms.

No kitchen, dependent on dining hall, area is expensive
