Recent tenant reviews for 155 W 68 St highlight its excellent cleanliness, attentive staff, and well-managed amenities, making it a desirable place to live. Residents appreciate the friendly doormen and quick maintenance responses, although some mention noise from ongoing renovations and thin walls that allow for disturbances. Despite these issues, many value the building's prime Upper West Side location and the abundance of natural light in the apartments. However, there are concerns over rising rents and management's responsiveness to tenant requests, especially regarding maintenance issues. Overall, it remains a popular choice for its comfort and community atmosphere.

Dorch is a Great Building!

Pros

Doormen are very friendly, lobby is always clean, great building to live in overall.

Cons

They went through my bathroom while doing renovations on another apartment's plumbing, and shortly after that the bathroom wall became totally messed up (paint peeling like crazy all of a sudden). I've requested a fix many times but accepted awhile ago that's never happening (it's been at least 2 years).

Advice to the owners

I just wish my bathroom wall would get fixed without me paying someone to do it because I didn't cause this to happen... the building's renovations on ANOTHER apartment did.
