Decent building - great area

Pros

Would clean entrance quite regularly. Great neighbors. Great area. Package safety.

Cons

No responsivness from management. Nothing was fixed. Severe ant problem. Would consistently either be freezing or much too hot.

Pretty rough place

Pros

Happy to have rent stabilization at the bare minimum.

Cons

Abysmal heating, front door is permanently open, the ceiling falls through if it rains too much, the steps are worn completely away, no address number on the front of the building, shared bathrooms, ridiculous lofted bed height, inability to buzz people in, need I go on?
