Prime Location, Ok building

Pros

Prime location 1.5 block from Central Block, CB subway 0.5 block from 123, Duane reader, Trader Joe’s Quiet neighborhood

Cons

Supers are kind but useless- never fixes anything, doesn’t use photo Lived here for 18 months and landlord not super fixed the buzzer to my 5th floor walking Inconsistent water pressure/temperature
