Co-op building, pretty quiet, kept clean, easy trash disposal (on floor), virtual doorman system

Cons

Get the occasional (~once every 2 months) roach, floors are thin (and some of the neighbors get annoyed by general movements), laundry can sometimes be crowded

A very peaceful building to live in

Pros

Laundry and gym in basement. Two elevators. Great superintendent.

Cons

Unit had to be thoroughly pest proofed to seal a lot of little cracks in walls and floor.
