    Great UWS building

    Pros:
    Very clean, elevator, friendly tenants, and very quiet
    Cons:
    Not great light if you’re not facing the street, elevator quite slow
    Advice to owner:
    No complaints!

    Clean no cocrouches, super is good
    Cons:
    Street outside is dirty and smelly Problem with hit often
    Advice to owner:
    Show more respect to my rights of quite enjoyments and do not knock to my door
