Old piano school with great staff

Pros

Tall 10ft ceilings, solid noise suppression, great super, and good amount of pre war charm in renovated building. Rent increase is capped at 5% + CPI.

Cons

North facing units get very little light, scaffolding has been up for almost a year, and there are not many laundry machines.
