- Everything is old. Fixtures, appliances, toilets, etc. - Floor creaks - Not very clean
Great location! No one bothers you Neighbors pretty chill Units are good cuts
Common areas are not clean Basement / shared laundry area needs to be cleaned Landlord only communicates via landline (no email, text) Super is hard to reach
