So happy here

Pros

This was a lovely place to live on the UWS with super friendly and reasonable management and the best neighbors. Very dog friendly and just a great, homey environment. Would move back in a heartbeat.

Cons

Sometimes it was hard to communicate with the super but not very hard.

- great landlord who is very reasonable and responsive - great neighbors - well maintained building

Cons

- Pablo the super is a little ornery - Heat can be really hot or really cold at times
