Great if you are a clean tenant

Pros:
Convenient location, 24 hr doorman is great for food and package delivery, onsite gym, short walk to the train, surrounded by good restaurants, pleasant walk to Central Park
Cons:
If you leave food out, you will have mice. I kept the apartment clean and only had a singular rodent incident one evening when I left pizza out in the kitchen.

- Location is great, by 72nd St station, near good restaurants and Central Park
- 24/7 doorman
Cons:
- Sightings of mice, but super was quick to deal with it

Great location but small

Pros:
Awesome location and close to express train. Very close to grocery stores and good restaurants. Being close to the beacon theater is fun. Some recently remodeled units
Cons:
All the spaces are tiny especially for the price. New units are clean and look nice but cheap materials. They use the same elevators to bring the trash up from the basement which is gross and brings unwanted bugs.

3 different management company in 2 years.

Pros:
Good neighborhood. Doorman staff are the best.
Cons:
The management company is horrible. Ghosting me after I move out so they don’t have to ship my rental deposit.
Advice to owner:
Give me back my deposit.
