    Great area for the price, but management is hard to get ahold of

    Pros:
    Location is extremely convenient
    Cons:
    Management is hard to reach. Negotiating rent increases - they will ghost you. They called us for no rent increase when we said we wouldn't renew

    Water shut off like once a month. Cockroaches in the basement floor with laundry. The building retains heat well but is old and the units are quite small

    Decent building but upkeep has become lacking. Pests are definitely an issue.
