Very nice doorman and nice and quiet

Not the most responsive to apartment issues, some cockroaches and cigarette smell in hall

Great area for the price, but management is hard to get ahold of

Location is extremely convenient
Cons
Management is hard to reach. Negotiating rent increases - they will ghost you. They called us for no rent increase when we said we wouldn't renew Water shut off like once a month. Cockroaches in the basement floor with laundry. The building retains heat well but is old and the units are quite small
