Affordable, great location, elevator/laundry/doorman
Got VERY sick from living here, with chronic inflammatory condition due to mold exposure. Visible mold in bathrooms. Rooms probably have hidden mold. I've spent over $25k trying to get my health back.
Fix the mold in the bathrooms and check for hidden mold in bedrooms on 8th floor!
