Beautiful space- overprice by new management

Awesome location, great windows!

But the entrance really needs work, the staircase is not very safe. And the management is not the most helpful overpriced for the size..

Great place to live

Very responsive management, thoughtful neighbors, well sound-proofed walls, location, big windows

Cons

Heavy construction on brownstone next door until Sept 2023. Very loud, very early (within legal construction times). Not the responsibility of CNG management, though.

Advice to the owners

We really like living here. Piece of advice: exterior window washing every once in a long while would be awesome.
