Great Brownstone Walk Up
Pros
Very responsive and helpful super, no pests or rodents
Cons
Sometimes recyclables left outside of bins

Solid Walkup, great location
Pros
Very quiet and great location (so close to Central Park and a B/C subway station). Spacious with high ceilings- building is old but maintained (although you can tell it has been well lived in)
Cons
Walkup and trash it stored outside/sometimes piles up towards the end of the week. The laundry in building is $4 for wash and $4 for dryer (coins only). The laundry machine leaks, but is not too busy. (Only one washer and one dryer in the building)
