    Great neighbourhood and location

    Pros:
    Partial doorman, but we've never had a safety or theft issue.
    Two elevators, so when one breaks, you've still got something.
    Great neighbors.

    The neighborhood is quiet and location is excellent, close to Central Park, Trader Joe’s, subway, etc. The staff is great! They’re always friendly and responsive.
    Cons:
    The building itself is dated, the hallways and carpet could use an upgrade and sometimes are not very clean, the elevator is slow. Have seen a roach once or twice.
