Great neighbourhood and location

Pros:
Partial doorman, but we've never had a safety or theft issue. Two elevators, so when one breaks, you've still got something. Great neighbors.

Pros:
The neighborhood is quiet and location is excellent, close to Central Park, Trader Joe’s, subway, etc. The staff is great! They’re always friendly and responsive.
Cons:
The building itself is dated, the hallways and carpet could use an upgrade and sometimes are not very clean, the elevator is slow. Have seen a roach once or twice.
