The building is very quiet, I rarely ever hear neighbors from my apartment. Close to transit options. The building is generally kept clean and I have never had any rodent issues in my unit (although occasionally will see mice in the basement). The staff and tenants in this building are all generally friendly and the staff knows each tenant.
Maintenance can be a little slow, I’ve had to text the super multiple times to get something fixed. The ownership is almost non-contactable when it comes to negotiating rent renewals. I’ve had several issues with the washers and dryers in the laundry room having card errors or ruining clothes with dark marks.
Be more accessible and improve process to get repairs addressed.
Large apartments. They permit dogs. Super is really good. Great location
Security is nonexistent. Elevatorman just sits in lobby while self service elevator is used and challenge no one. The stairwell and mailboxes are secured only by a nonfunctional lock which anyone can open. Packages are public
Beef up security! Get intercom readable. Maybe alphabetize the list next to it?
