Great UWS Living for Fair Price

Extremely responsive landlord; fantastic area; cute decorative fireplace; good sunlight; apartment is below market value so it's a great deal

Cons

Ongoing issue w/ cockroaches and mice (definitely could be a lot worse but also could be managed better); neighbors aren't always respectful about noise levels; little issues w/ some appliances
