Great neighborhood, terrible building.

Pros

Great neighborhood, lots of restaurants nearby. Building is on a quiet street, despite having a bus thoroughfare.

Cons

Landlord never answers, management company never picks up the phone. Place covered in roaches after a storm because basement floods. They don’t even bother bringing in a real exterminator. Neighbors even told me to watch out.
