Fantastic studio
Pros
Pre-war, high ceilings, plenty of storage, excellent location, near best restaurants in the UWS. In building laundry. Owners are responsive and kind. Rode out the pandemic here, and it’s thanks to this sweet space I even enjoyed some of the alone time. Really enjoyed living here...If the bathroom, entrance and kitchen were renovated it would be hard to ever give up.
Cons
Entrance, bathroom and kitchen cabinets need to be renovated. First floor residents are having parties during the pandemic and play the same 15 songs over and over + their dogs cry all day.
