Great space, but not worth it for price

Pros

small community, easy trash take out, large bedroom no windows

Cons

there were many times where the apartment was too hot to stay in, even with my various fans on the contrary, during the winter you cannot control the heat and my apartment at some points got over 100 degrees and I could not stay in it
