very quick move-in
Pros
I arrived from Europe and needed housing fast, and I was able to get a room within just a few days. That made a big difference since I didn’t have time to deal with the usual NYC rental process. The apartment is in a great Upper West Side location, really close to Central Park, with plenty of cafes, grocery stores, and subway options nearby. Day to day life felt very easy and convenient. The room was furnished and ready when I moved in, so I didn’t have to worry about buying anything or setting things up. Everything was pretty straightforward from move-in to living there. It worked really well as a starting point in Manhattan, especially if you’re coming from abroad and need something quick and reliable.
Cons
WiFi can slow down during peak hours
Smooth Relocation Experience
Pros
I stayed here for a while and had a good experience overall. The room was comfortable, the shared spaces were kept in good shape, and the location made it easy to get around the city. While the communication channels could use some improvement, June Homes clearly cares about its tenants and works hard to resolve issues. Shortly after moving in, I had a situation with a former roommate and needed an urgent transfer. The support team handled it well, they kept me informed, followed up after calls, and coordinated internally to offer new options with quick move-in dates that fit my budget. Overall, a solid experience and a good choice, especially for anyone moving to a big city for the first time.
Cons
Communication can sometimes be slow or inconsistent
