Great location Nice units Fairly updated

- Heat is very poor (like many complaints to the city poor) - Appliances are old and ran-through - Owners are greedy and will raise your rent significantly every chance they get with no negotiation

Advice to the owners

Actually fix the heat. Don’t be so greedy. You own a nice-ish building in Manhattan. You’re incredibly advantaged compared to most. You don’t need to squeeze every penny you can out of good tenants.
