Amazing Building in Phenomenal Area

Pros:
This building is great - the super is responsive and kind, our apartment was well-renovated, the building recently renovated the lobby and hallways, trash is well-maintained
Cons:
The radiator is loud in the winter (sounds like hammers hitting pipes in our walls), but it only lasts for about 5 minutes every few hours. Heaters are warm but we just opened windows.
