It's a good location, busy street so it feels safer, but the noise rarely is a bother inside, even in the street-facing units. Joe is incredibly responsive and truly cares about his tenants and the building.
The heat can be excessive, I know it's just how these buildings are but the average temperature in my unit yearround is about 78 degrees, with it reaching high 80s during the winter with the heat on.
