Very friendly neighbors, super is nice & responsive (but landlord requires you go through him)
Landlord was not pleasant to deal with, often would ignore requests. He is particularly rude to women. The male tenants don't seem to have an issue. Continual issues with broken intercom, broken front door, door knobs falling off, running sink and electrical switches.
