It is a good location, and front desk staff is super nice and attentive.
Do not expect to hear back from super or management.
Porters do a very good job so the building is clean and up convenient location.
Invisible super, terrible management, no repairs, constant Construction in apartments over, under or next to apartments, unacceptable noise level, filthy air ducts, management light and said we would be connected to the new windows outside but did not follow through, several Neighbors have had $1,000 a month rent increases, no real security concierges change constantly with the exception of one person. No one on duty if there's a problem at night no safety whatsoever. Think twice before moving into this building because your business as a renter is not appreciated. Elevators constantly broken. Building still not composting although it is the law.
Pay attention to your property and stop lying to perspective tenants and residents. Fix the windows and make this a healthy building as opposed to a sick building.
