    Cons:
    Low quality windows and insulation leads to expensive heating bills and cold drafty apartment
    Advice to owner:
    Replace all windows and insulate the apartments properly

    Very clean building, no pests, great location. The staff are very friendly.
    Cons:
    You have to pay for electric heat which is pricey and the AC is absurdly loud. Management can be hard to reach via email. No gym or rooftop.
    Advice to owner:
    update heaters and AC units. Be willing to negotiate with tenants who want to stay.
