Fine place to live on a budget

Pros

Reasonable place for the budget. Par for the course, no major surprises.

Cons

Some roaches (pest control was decent at coming to spray regularly but some large roaches would still get in from outside), neighbors mentioned some mice. Garbage would pile up a bit too much. Overall minor complaints, the building suited my needs at the time with no major surprises.

Lots of natural light even on the lower floors. Nice enough neighbors and access to nearby subway station.
