Pros

Good neighbors for the most part, no severe pest problems

Cons

Super is nice but it takes a lot of communication to get him to fix things, it gets insanely hot in the winter

Super was responsive

Pros

Super was responsive. Never had issues with the elevator or hot water. Quiet block and pretty quiet building.

Cons

I could hear my neighbor’s conversations at times.

Advice to the owners

If there is some way to install sound proofing on walls shared with other apartments, that would help. But overall we were very happy living here.
